Positive Energy Dog Training offers structured daycare that focuses on maintaining our client dogs training. Recall, impulse control exercises, place work, and crate training are utilized throughout the day to help dogs practice healthy social habits with people and other dogs. 

 

We provide a positive socialization experience for our dogs and ensure they are paired with other dogs that match or compliment their unique personality. Our approach to socialization helps anxious and fearful dogs develop confidence around a variety of people and dogs. We also love to help excitable dogs practice impulse control around calm adult dogs that will bring out their best qualities.

PLAY TIME

 

Our dogs that like to play enjoy plenty of playtime with their friends while learning how to break from play on command using positive reinforcement, reward based training. Dogs are recalled throughout the day to help rehearse  obedience commands around distractions and build consistent, reliable results. The more your dog practices recall, the more they come automatically when called!

MAXING & RELAXING

 

Dogs that attend Positive Energy Structured Daycare get a healthy amount of relaxation time throughout the day. While some dogs love to relax, many anxious and excitable dogs benefit from practicing relaxation exercises around other dogs. Group place work and practicing relaxing during crate training helps our dogs rehearse the calm behaviors we love to see in a well-behaved adult dog.
